It’s been a warmer-than-average month here in Finland, so we decided to cool things down a bit with our new Freeze feature, among other things. Here you go:

In time reporting, accuracy and data integrity are essential, especially for payroll, invoicing, and project analytics. To prevent accidental changes to past time tracking data, we’ve developed Freeze, which allows you to lock (freeze) a week or a month after a specific period of time.
When a month or week is frozen, time entries within that period can no longer be edited or deleted. If updates are necessary (for example, someone forgot to log their hours), it’s possible to temporarily unfreeze a user’s time card.
Freeze is an optional feature and can be activated with a feature flag. Read the time reporting article for details.
We have two juicy updates for companies working with multiple currencies:
As some currencies are not available through ECB, we’ve made it possible to use any currency and exchange rate by importing them through our API. Additionally, it’s also possible to use a custom exchange rate for ECB-supported currencies through the API. Read more about the details in our localization article.
Another neat update is on the project overview page, where it’s now possible to display financials in your preferred currency.
Thanks to our latest update to our AI, conversations with AI have become denser and more precise, making messaging feel more natural and fluid. To test the improved experience, create a new growth plan.
