Propeller selects Agileday to power people-first operations across four US hubs

We’re proud to announce that Propeller, a business management consultancy with teams across the Pacific Northwest, California, Mountain and Central regions — and serving clients nationwide, has selected Agileday as its new operating platform.

Propeller helps organizations accelerate transformation by taking on their most complex challenges — spanning strategy and operations, people and change, customer experience, enterprise technology, data, and AI. Known for being nimble, hands-on, and built for speed, Propeller works as an extension of client teams to turn plans into real progress. Agileday will now support the operations that make this work possible.

Shawna Organisciak, Director of Operations at Propeller, shared:

“We are thrilled to be taking the next maturity leap in our staffing processes with Agileday. Instead of fragmented allocations and chasing numbers mid-month, we’re excited to have live, unified visibility into capacity, staffing, and financials."

"What stood out was how naturally the platform fits our culture — fast, transparent, and supporting our teams with the autonomy to deliver.”

Beyond workarounds to one connected platform

As Propeller grew, the internal tooling workarounds to handle staffing and project coordination could only take them so far. Allocations were increasingly difficult to manage, financial visibility came too late, consultant CVs were updated manually, and Salesforce opportunities were never fully connected to delivery.

Propeller needed more than incremental fixes. They were searching for a system that could give leaders and consultants one connected view of operations while still supporting the way their teams like to work.

A competitive evaluation

Agileday was shortlisted alongside two other enterprise professional services automation (PSA) solutions. The process was structured and thorough: deep dives into their operational workflows and integrations with Salesforce and NetSuite, and a hands-on pilot and testing by Propeller’s operations team.

What made Agileday stand out throughout the process was not only the product functionality, but the level of engagement. Questions were answered quickly and every pain point was mapped against a clear solution in the platform.

Why Agileday was selected

Agileday addressed Propeller’s challenges directly: allocations and staffing visible in one place, financial clarity tied to time reporting and costs, consultant CVs automatically generated, and a single rhythm connecting Salesforce as their CRM, Agileday as their PSA, and NetSuite ERP as their financial back-end.

Just as important was cultural alignment. Propeller values openness, speed, and accountability. They wanted a system that would give consultants autonomy while still giving leaders the visibility to make confident decisions. Agileday proved it could support that way of working.

Amy Weeden, Propeller’s Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder, noted:

“Our teams move quickly, and we needed a platform that could keep pace. Agileday proved that from the very first pilot. It will give us a clear operational picture across our teams and projects while still supporting the way we like to work: with trust, accountability, and momentum.”

Looking ahead

The rollout begins with Salesforce integration, data migration from previous tools, and building consultant profiles and CV templates. By the end of this year, Propeller’s teams will be submitting time and tracking financials in real time. NetSuite integration will follow, enhancing the end-to-end process.

What this means for Agileday

Propeller’s decision shows the momentum building behind Agileday in the US consulting market. It proves that Agileday is not only the platform of choice for digital agencies and IT consultancies, but also for business management consultancies that value transparency, speed, and autonomy.

In addition, it reflects a broader trend: many of North America’s fastest-growing consultancies that run on NetSuite’s ERP are choosing Agileday as their PSA. By syncing people, projects, and financials, consultancies gain the financial clarity to see what’s happening in real time and the speed to act on it.

For Agileday, this is a milestone: a competitive win in the US against established software vendors, and a partnership with a consultancy that embodies the kind of culture our platform is built for.

Jani Folland, US Lead and Partner at Agileday, commented:

“We're honored to have Propeller join us. Propeller proved that consultancies want systems that fit their culture, not the other way around."

He added, "Winning yet again in the US against traditional professional services automation platforms shows Agileday delivers without compromise.”
