Introducing CV Scraper: Create Your Agileday Profile using your CV

At Agileday, we strive to make your work processes more efficient, intuitive, and user-friendly. We are excited to announce the release of our latest feature: CV Scraper. This innovative tool leverages Agileday AI to help you effortlessly transfer information from your existing CV to your Agileday profile.

Why CV Scraper?

Creating an up-to-date Agileday profile might take some time, especially when you want to polish it to perfection to show colleagues what you have done in the past. 

Our CV Scraper feature simplifies this process by allowing users to upload an existing PDF CV, from which our Agileday AI will extract the relevant data. This ensures that your profile is quickly populated with accurate and comprehensive information without the need for manual data entry. 

Particularly valuable for recruits, subcontractors, and new employees, CV Scraper accelerates the profile creation process, making onboarding smooth and hassle-free.

Key Features

• PDF CV Upload: Users can easily upload their existing PDF CVs to the Agileday platform. 
• AI-Powered Data Extraction: Using Agileday AI, the CV Scraper reads and extracts data from the uploaded CV, ensuring accurate and efficient data scraping.
• User Validation: Once the data is extracted, users can review, validate, and fix the information before approving it.
• Profile Update: After approval, the extracted data is seamlessly integrated into the user's Agileday profile.

Please note that responses generated by AI are based on its training data and may not always be accurate or up-to-date. One should always verify information before updating one’s profile.

How to Get Started

1. Enable the feature: As an admin, navigate to the Feature Flags section in Agileday settings and enable CV scraper. 

2. Open CV Scraper: As a user, navigate to your Profile and CV section, and select “Import data from an existing CV”. This opens CV Scraper. 

3. Upload Your CV: Click on "Upload CV" and select your PDF file for upload. 

4. Review Extracted Data: Once the AI extracts your data, review the information to ensure it is accurate and complete. You can freely edit the data. 

5. Update profile: After validation and fixes, save the data to your Agileday profile.
