Built by operators, for operators
Agileday was built on our founders' shared passion for the industry. Having led, scaled, and developed multinational professional services firms, they saw that growing consultancies run into the same problem again and again: cumbersome tools designed for control, not for adding value. So they built the platform they wished they'd had: one system connecting sales, delivery, and people. It automates the boring tasks, adds real value to every consultant's day, and is beautiful to use.

Yes. Agileday is built for firms that operate across countries and legal entities, with multiple currencies in one platform. Data and its backups stay in the region you choose.
Traditional PSA tools such as Kantata and BigTime were largely designed before AI agents; Agileday is a next-generation, fully agentic platform. All-in-one agency tools such as Accelo, Productive and Scoro are mainly aimed at smaller businesses and may not work at a larger scale. PSA add-ons to ERP suites, such as Workday PSA, NetSuite PSA and Microsoft Project Operations, can lack some key capabilities and can easily become rigid and complex. Point solutions such as Float, Cinode and Harvest typically cover one part of the work, which can leave data disconnected and lead to complex integrations.
On the Business plan, Core starts at 15 € and Operations at 25 € per user per month. The HR module is 5 € per user per month, the Vendor portal starts at 1,000 € per month and Integrations as a Service at 100 € per month. Enterprise pricing is custom, and a one-time setup fee covers onboarding and data migration.

Yes. Agileday's information security management system is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, data stays in the region you choose, and customer data never trains third-party models.
